Greylake Nature Reserve A wet grassland reserve managed by the RSPB and home to wetland birds and other wildlife. Board walk and viewing hide accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs. Open all year, free entry. Address: On the A361 between Othery and Greinton.
Burrow Mump A dramatic outcrop crowned with the ruins of a Chapel offering outstanding views over the landscape. Occupied by the Royal Army in 1685. Open all year, free entry. Address: Near Burrow Bridge Village on the A361.
Walking & Cycling The flat terrain is ideal for easy walking and cycling. Options include sections of the National Cycle Network, the 50mile River Parrett Trail and many Public Paths on the ancient droves that criss-cross the country side.
