De-boning demonstration

Tuesday 13th at 7 PM

Mike and Andy from Griffiths Butchers, Ashcott. Will demonstrate how to bone out a XX Loin and remove the sirloin and fillet.  They will also bone out a rump and a forerib.  Then all can see where all of the different steak cuts come from!
